Paris Hilton was spotted recently at the Franklin Mills Mall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania promoting her new film “The Hottie and the Nottie.” Paris will be returning to the Late Show with David Letterman this Friday to promote the film. The last time Paris appeared on the Late Show, she almost cried because David grilled her about her jail sentence.
